Marnix has always tried to mix different dance music styles, resulting in a lot of bookings at different parties. This gives Marnix the ability to gauge in each kind of atmosphere, making him a full package dj. Since the beginning of his career in 1986, he has always been a crowd pleaser, making him a much-invited guest at different venues.

The crowd has always been number one in his philosophy. This has also been his main train of thought for Loveland. The different unique locations and the extraordinary way of treating each visitor as a VIP at the Loveland parties, makes each event a memorable experience. In the past years Loveland became an establishment in Amsterdam, growing into one of the most popular and respected dance organisations in the Dutch dance scene.

After accomplishing his share of successes, Marnix gained his own milestone in 2005:
T-Dansant celebrated its fifth anniversary and Loveland reached its tenth year of existence, but it was also the year that Marnix fulfilled his dream of establishing his own record label: Loveland Recordings.

His popularity hasn’t run out any yet, as he is still one of Holland’s most booked DJs.

As well as selecting the nights music in different venues across Europe, Marnix has began to make his own musical productions in the Loveland studio, all which will be coming out on his own label.

His first production “Time To Get Funky” on his Loveland Recordings imprint (2005) became an instant hit and was re-released on London’s famous Azuli label (2006). His latest track “Fire!” is getting spun by many top DJs around the globe.
New productions are also being prepared for release.
